CHÂTEAU LIVRAN

Situated in Cadaujac, 200 meters far from Château Bouscaut, Château Lamothe-Bouscautis an old wine estate owned by Sophie Lurton and Laurent Cogombles.
The house dates back to the XIIth Century.

Part of the actual vineyard was on the Belleymmap (XVIIIth Century). Lamothe Bouscaut wines are very famous in the XIXth Century. In 1969, the vines are loaned to Château Bouscaut that finally acquired the estate in 1999.Thesoil is composed of deep gravel. 8 ha of red vines (60% cabernet sauvignon and 40% merlot), 1 ha of white vines (70% sauvignon blanc and 30% sémillon)
